The Santa Monica Five Parking Structures

Beverly Hills, California

The design concept for the five, two-level parking structures containing 407 spaces was to provide a civic façade to Santa Monica Boulevard facing the existing park, and much needed parking for the Central Business District. The corners of the structures feature flowering theme trees and circular planters, which are filled with seasonal flowers. The project received an award from the American Institute of Architects and an Urban Beautification award from the Los Angeles Business Council.
