Glamorous is the best word to describe the 3,600-SF Roberto Cavalli store on Rodeo Drive. The backlit multi-layered animal print and damasco glass façade signals to the highly patterned clothing and accessories waiting inside. Most unique are the signature backlit glass shelves, which light up the store in a decorative line art. Ceiling coves are accented in custom patterned wallcovering. Oversized mirrors in imported antiqued frames reflect the beauty of the gloss lacquered furniture. The women’s area features a color story in crème while the men’s area dons bronze hues. Gruen Associates also completed their store in Costa Mesa at the South Coast Plaza.
